We all could probably stand to lose a few pounds around our midsections
where our trouble areas seem to concentrate. Belly fat is one of the

1. Eat protein-rich meals, especially breakfast.
Breakfast is indeed the most important meal of the day and should not be
wasted on processed or sugar intense cereals. Breakfast should be the
center point of your day, consisting of lean protein, vegetables, and
fruit. A great breakfast will kick-start your metabolism into high gear
and you will be better equipped to tackle whatever your day has in store
for you. All 4-6 meals should be evenly spaced throughout the day
approximately 2-4 hours apart.
2. Drink more water, especially before and during a meal. You
should be consuming eight 8 oz glasses of water every day. This will
take some effort in the beginning if you are not used to this. Water
keeps your body hydrated and running smoothly.
3. Get active. You can lose more pounds by adding
moderate exercise to your daily routine of eating right. Strive for
30-45 minutes of moderate exercise 6-7 days per week. This can easily be
accomplished by adding a brisk walk every day, or cycling, or simply
walking around your local mall or university gymnasium.

mind that great weight loss doesn't happen overnight, so get a great
daily routine full of a proper diet and exercise and stick with it. You
